Today, I can only boast of minor progress. As I wrote before, working on flat embroidery is very time-consuming, so today I have little to show you. There will be slow progress at the moment because I am having some health problems. One of my arms has refused to cooperate with the rest of my body, which has caused acute lateral epicondylitis of the humerus. The causes of “tennis elbow” (as this condition is called) are mainly overloading the muscles and tendons around the elbow joint, leading to micro-injuries and tissue degeneration. Treatment includes rest, rehabilitation, and the use of painkillers.
