Quilting for adults

For a while now coloring books for adults have been popular. They are meant to relieve stress. I am not sure if this is true or not since I never have enough time to try it out. Although I can’t say that I don’t dream about having some of these stress-free moments myself. I usually transfer coloring pages to some fabric and quilt them instead.

This time it will be a quick project, which is meant to be a gift for our friends. After all, you don’t purchase a new home very often. I thought I would have more time, but as usual, deadlines are lingering. The project was drawn by Rugame and I used it for my work.

The design made by Ekaterina Matveeva

The Quilt will be approximately 240 cm length and 240 cm width. Everything will come out during the finishing phase. Currently, I am still quilting it and it will take a while to finish.

I chose threads in two colors – cream and white. They are neutral colors so they will suit any room. The base fabric is white.

I wish you all a stress-free Monday. As you can see, there is no need for a coloring book, although my bunny the “Patch” probably wouldn’t despise it because the paper is yummy.
