As you know the International Textile Fair 2019 took place recently.
Thanks to our wonderful Ania Slwinska and other contributors, five informal patchwork groups: Patchwork Mazowiecki, Patchwork Malopolski, Patchwork Wielkopolski, Patchwork Dolnoslaski presented their quilts.
I am the Patchwork Malopolski member, so my quilts were exposed there as well.
But the biggest surprise for me was when I found out that the OLFA Poland which was a part of this event, decided to honor me and my work.
Obviously, I was not the only one, who was so happy on that day.
Mr. Jacek Wrobel the OLFA’s representative in Poland rewarded five quilters by giving them a rotating mats OLFA RM 17s with inch scale.
Ewa Pasinska gave me my prize at the next Patchwork Malopolski meeting.
I was so happy. At home I needed to take an extra photo for my quilter’s diary.
I am very delighted to get such a nice souvenir.
