As I wrote on my previous post, it was my task to quilt the mandala quilt.
Since Malopolska Region is big, so our members come from many, many towns, cities, or small villages, so we decided to honor them adding the names of the towns, cities, and villages into our LOGO quilt.
And everything went smoothly. First, I stitched around on my regular sewing machine all the mandala parts. It was a hard work but went fine.
Next our LOGO ended up on Bernina long arm. Where the quilting has begun.
An inspection unexpectedly came to my studio. First the settings were checked and making sure that everything was correct.
Next the quilt went through organoleptic assessment and failed it because it occurred stopping the machine.
I tried to rebel and finish my work, so it applied uncompromising action to prevent me from working.
After the inspectors vandalized my job side, I could not stand them anymore and locked them in into cages. No penalties so far.
After gluing on all the names of the cities, the quilt looks fine. The best part is that we can always add more names if we get more members.
The last photo in my studio and the quilt went to Ewa, who was supposed to finish it.
