But why am I writing about it? Because I really like the way that the fabrics were organized. The fabrics stood on shelves like soldiers one behind the other, beautifully exposed, wound up on the cardboards.
In the fabric store in my town, the fabrics were wound on cardboards and lie down one on the top of the other. It was ridiculously hard to choose something and pull it out without asking for help the salesperson who seemed did not have any enthusiasm of working there. That is why I like the way the fabrics were expose in *Kiltowo* very much.
Coming back home it hit me. My fabrics can be organized the same way as I saw in *Kilowo*. In my closet fabrics laid down one on the top of the other so to pull out one color I must pull out the entire stack.
I started to work, and I bought in online store 120 cardboard sheets and strong masking tape.
I cut the cardboard sheets to fit the size of the shelves in my closet. I must be honest with you; my husband did this for me. My arm hurt too much on that day. Yes, there were plenty of helpers. Unfortunately, work had to be suspended at that moment.
After negotiations, everyone cut it own cardboard. Now it is time to wound up the fabrics on.
I stuck the edge of the fabric using painters’ tape to keep them in place.
I think that you will agree with me that this really is neither too much nor too less.
These are just a few shelves.
Thanks to the trip to the store, my materials look better, and I can finally pull out only those colors I need.
