I thought that when the rain came, the renovation process would start up at full speed, and I was right,<\/em> it started. But not as fast as I was hoping for. Right now, I am sitting in my sewing studio where my<\/em> computer is the only thing accessible, the rest of my sewing stuff is covered with plastic for protection<\/em> against all the dust that is everywhere. I don\u2019t have the strength to keep cleaning anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n

The progress is visible. The fireplace is there, but there is still so much ahead of us. We still need to build<\/em> the encasement for the fireplace, spackle, do a finishing coat. Anyone who has ever done this know how<\/em> much work there is to do. And we still need to paint. The whole first floor. I am overwhelmed.<\/p>\n\n\n

I know I have a lot of stuff in my studio. Everything will need to be removed and then moved back in and<\/em> arranged. I think I need to control my hoarding habit and stop trying to hold on to every little thingbecause I \u201cmight need it one day\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
