As I wrote before, working on flat embroidery is very time-consuming, so today I have little to show you. There will be slow progress at the moment because I am having some health problems. One of my arms has refused to cooperate with the rest of my body, which has caused acute lateral epicondylitis of the humerus. The causes of &#8222;tennis elbow&#8221; (as this condition is called) are mainly overloading the muscles and tendons around the elbow joint, leading to micro-injuries and tissue degeneration.
