For several years now, I\u2019ve been taking part in Project QUILTING, a creative challenge hosted by Kim Lapacek. It\u2019s a joyful experience that brings together quilting enthusiasts from around the world \u2014 sparking inspiration, pushing boundaries, and celebrating handmade art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s first challenge is titled A Clean Slate<\/a>, inspired by the Pantone Color of the Year: white. I chose to sew a white pillow, quilted exclusively with white thread. No contrast, no color \u2014 just texture and light. The quilting itself became the main character of this piece, revealing its beauty through subtle shadows and delicate structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
