It was a busy month. At the end, my monkey came up into this world. As always it was drawn on CorelDRAW but its face only.
I used for the application two-sided fusible interfacing and hand dyed fabrics.
Before quilting, the fabric was colored up by pastel dye sticks. I was trying to quilt it to make it look like fur coat.
The frame is small, in black, modestly quilted.
The Monkey was a part of the exhibition “Patchwork na Laszowni” in Szczecin. The exhibition was on from February 07th to 21st 2012
