I was hoping to show off the finished quilt, but it did not work out.
This has been significant progress of course, but it will keep me busy for a little while longer.
I am fascinated by it but also at the same time I am a little tired of it. I hope that eventually it will be worth the many hours that have been spent working on it.
The first part is over.
The next circle also done.
I am glad that Santa Claus gave me some application tools last Christmas. It would be extremely hard to create such small elements without them.
On the photo above you can see the size of the elements I use for this project. And this is not even the smallest one.
The last circle, but not completed yet.
It will be a lot harder to finish now because a new member has just joined our family.
We called him “Lucky” because he was living outside in our yard for a few days and managed to survive out there among our two dogs – Ares and Sara
As soon as I noticed him, and it was not easy, I took him home. He has stayed with us so far. So, home has gotten a little hectic because the rabbits do not like him very much.
Now the cat sits on my lap and the rabbits run around and stomp. It is hard to work like this.
I hope that eventually everything calms down, if not I will go crazy.
I wonder what other animals would like to join our group.
